Looking for a "healthy eating" buddy:)

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and looking for a real change to my lifestyle starting, well, now. I am a chronic part time (lol) binge eater - my routine is to stuff as much unhealthy food as I can one week (probably 1500 calories in one sitting) including cakes, chips, ice cream, cream cheese and then eat normally another week (around 1500 calories per day, almost no junk). Anyways, because of this rather harmful habit I have gained about 40 pounds then I lost half of this - but still it's getting really hard to lose anything because my body is probably expecting to gain it back any minute.

So if you are in the same boat as me, it would be great to talk and maybe get a plan we can both follow. It would be nice to have some encouragement - most people I know think I am mad the way I eat even though I don't think it's THAT much lol But definitely need cutbacks and I also eat late at night, so that needs to stop too.

Stats:

Age - Almost mid twenties (scary!)

Weight - Fluctuate between 135 to 145

Height - 5'6

Look forward to your reply;)

Hi Snakebites, what is your goal? Mine is to lose 15 - 20 pounds before December - I think that is a sufficient amount of time, not too rushed or depriving myself too much. I am almost done with 22, so this is going to be my goal for my 23rd year on earth lol Do you have msn?

Hey guys,

I am soon to be 20...I can't believe it...lol but I am in a similar situation. I am 5'1 and 135 pounds and I'm looking to go down about 20 pounds also by December. I don't have a problem with exercise-it is the eating that is my weakness. I have msn so message me your email address and I'll add you :)
