I have been having digestive issues (constipation) for a few weeks even though I drink a ton of water, eat plenty of fiber, and exercise regularly. I went and bought fiber one bars and all bran fiber drinks. Has anyone had success with either of these?
not sure about the bars, but I was not a fan of the All Bran drinks in Iced Tea flavor. It, of course, could have just been the flavor but I didn't like it at all.
I had the box so I tried to have one a day, it didn't help with constipation, it just made me gassy. (TMI sry)
I tried the All Bran Pink Lemonade Fiber Drink and thought it was pretty good. I also like the All Bran Cinnamon Streusal bars (very filling)
The drink mix did help with constipation just took a day to take effect, results werent immediate so dont worry if you need a day to "prepare"
