We have decided to have a Monday weekly weigh in to show our progress, it will be like Weight Watchers without the members fee! (I'm from the UK and Weight Watchers is a national weight loss programme with it's own special foods etc.) Basically just update us every week to show us what's been going on! If you haven't lost any or put on a little, we shall support you no matter what :D

I believe I was 176.4 this morning and today is the beginning of the diet so we shall see what happens then...

i had a meltdown and abandoned my diet and gain three pounds (i was down to 113)
but now im back on track!
I am currently 111.8

okay--this is my first post here. I restarted my diet/exercise program this week. (again!) I'm 140lbs....~YUCK~!!!!!!! But I'll be back to fighting size soon!
I am like the heaviest person which gives me a good incentive to loose it! I did tonnes of cycling yesterday, like BIGTIME had sweat running down my face and everything, I was so excited because I knew that I would lose some... lost 2lb!
I lose weight rather easily when I try!

The last time I went to the gym I weighed 142.5. That was last Saturday. I haven't been able to work out for about two weeks because of injuries and I'm not sure when I'll be able to start again. I'm not going to exercise the rest of this week so the weight will probably be the same come Monday... hopefully next week I can get back the gym again, I miss it T_T
I wish I had a gym membership or at least someone to go with!! I have done a little bit of pilates today which is fun fun and I may do some cycling too today fun fun fun!!
May I join the Monday weigh ins? You guys started this off the 20s forum right? i'm 5'8 and was about 207 on monday and its my ttom. ugh. i hate this.
my apartment complex has a free gym, and all you have to do is swipe your little card thinger..I walked for about 30mins before i went in to the gym..and there was NOONE there!! it was only about 9:30 pm!! so at least im getting back into the swing of things.
Oh I want to join in too. I know I'm the heaviest person that's posted so far but I'm trying to get over that fact.
I weighed in at 304.5 this morning, so I lost two pounds since last week. Too bad it's Thursday now and I may not lose much by Monday, but I wanna keep track of it on here too!

Well I am a little late joining too and the 2nd heaviest. Let's hope all the hard work this week paid off! I started the week at 225.
I'd like to join- I weighed in today at 118.4 and I just upped my calories to see if it pays off. I hope it will!

I eventually want to lose over a hundred pounds...but that's a huge goal and a little overwhelming to think about. So I'll just say I want to lose twenty pounds by October.
for now, I'm working for 25 lbs by november-ish. 12 weeks, 2 lbs a month is quite reasonable in my opinion.

I'm hoping for 166, but I think TTOM is hitting early, because I've been getting some really strange numbers the past few days. I can always hope fora pleasant surprise though lol.
Ok, baring in mind that I lose weight easily and I have been working out and eating well and never been hungry this week...
I have lost 8lbs... bit mental! I now weigh 12st, which is 168lbs I believe... and my God you can well tell that I have lost weight! I am rather happy!! (I have lost a stone in a week before, but I did go hungry... plus it was a controlled experiment for a documentary!)

I weighed in this morning at 117! I need to test my scale with my weights when I get home because it was moving around a bit this morning. But I'm holding on to that 117 because I got it twice!
