Hello! I've been calorie counting on my own for a few weeks now and found this website while I was looking for veggie values on the interweb. I have to say I'm ecstatic about it. Calorie Count plus makes finding things and keeping track remarkably easy.
My goal is to lose thirty pounds for the wedding next year, and to continue my weight loss and fitness journey to an ultimate goal weight of 160 lbs. My biggest challenge so far has been overcoming the idea that boredom equals hunger - a real killer. I've tried fad diets and pills and shakes, but none of them really worked. You lose fast, but then the weight zooms right back on! I want to do it right this time. :)
I'm hoping this community can help motivate me and keep me on track!

Hello & Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I am here also with an incentive to get into a much smaller wedding dress next year! I know I won't be my ideal weight by the time of the wedding, but I'm gonna give it my all to get as close as I can! :-)
