I am 5''9, sixteen year old teen that weights 127 lbs and runs four miles, 4 days out of the week how many calories should i be eating? and should i worry about calories at this age?

If you are female, you should be eating about 2500-2600 calories per day to maintain your current healthy weight.
If you are male, you should be eating about 3000-3100 calories per day to maintain your current healthy weight.

Your at a healthy weight, you have to be fairly thin at that weight/height ... so I say why worry when you dont need to?
