I've done well all day but plans for tonight fell through so I came on home.  Now...all I want to do is put on a movie and eat everything in the house.  Help!!

I feel ya, I hate it when plans fall through that I was looking forward to... keep your chin up and don't let that ruin your day! In fact, I find it harder to eat right when I'm out of my house or workplace, so use this opportunity to make sure you eat within your calorie count. Good luck and have a great weekend Laughing

It's probably more emotional rather than real hunger.  Try drinking a bunch of water and see if you still feel hungry. :)   If so, go for some healthy alternatives..especially veggies.

Good luck :)

call a friend, make new plans.  Could be blessing... Wasn't there somewhere you wanted to go?

Would love to go out but the downside of London is the train system (I don't drive) is awful - it'd take me ages to get out and at this time of night....I'm at home for the duration I'm afraid.

Will need something for dinner and definitely want to avoid takeaways.  I'm craving tomato soup and grilled cheese (comfort food) but don't suppose that's too healthy lol!

Anybody suggest something healthy(ish) that's hopefully under 500 calories (that's what I have left for the day)?  Something that's in the everyday fridge/cupboard?

Sorry about your plans dishy...

I have been LOVING low fat cream soup poured over 2 cups of cooked green beans.  It's under 200 calories, so you still have room for cheese on toast.

When I'm in a "binging" mood - or know that I want to eat a lot but can't afford to, I will find the largest baked potato I can find and load it with salt and pepper.  It's not the greatest thing to do - but it's filling and I feel so much better in the morning knowing that I didn't just eat a whole frozen pizza, you know?

Come over to my house........... eat  blueberries and drink vodka - very low cal and I promise you lots of fun :p
