| Cereal better than Fiber One? | ||

So, I have been LOVING my Special K (almost every flavor) but decided to try Fiber One Honey Clusters since I hear everyone rave about it. Well, I am eating it now and think it's kind of gross. I used to like Kashi heart to heart and liked it more than this yucky stuff. Is there something else with the benefits that actually tastes good? (I also have tried the other flavors and don't like it). Thanks!! |

| One of my favorites was the Kashi GoLean Crunch! cereal. It tastes great but still keeps you full. I like the original one but there's also Honey Almond Flax if I'm not mistaken. | ||

| I like mixing Kellogg's All Bran Buds (1/3 cup = 70 cals & 12g fiber) with a lower calorie cereal like Nature's Path multibran flax flakes or Kashi Heart to Heart. | ||

I wasn't exactly thrilled with the Fiber One Honey Clusters, but if you like sweet stuff try their caramel delight. It tastes a lot like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and has about 13 grams of fiber in a bowl. YUM!!!! I like to eat it as a crunchy snack (dry) in the evenings. |

| Personally, I don't like Fiber One that much. Too much sugar. With All Bran Buds, it has the same amount of fiber but you don't have to eat as much of it and I prefer the taste. I also put it in yogurt. | ||

Regular Kashi Go Lean tastes like rabbit food, in my opinion. If you're going to try it, make sure you get the CRUNCH version -- it comes in original and honey almond flax. Both are delicious, although they are a little high in sugar, but they are high in fiber and protein too! |

I use a combination of cereals...I found that by themselves they lack generally something so I found if I mix several of them it tastes better to me...my preference is Kashi (4 or 5 different ones with fiber one) sounds crazy but I like it. |

I like to mix Kashi Good Friends with GoLean Crunch. I find that this is a great mixture of fiber and protein to get me started for the day. I used to eat Fiber One, but stopped because it has aspartame in it, not sugar. |

| Fiber One is awesome!! I love that stuff!! Whether its original or honey clusters. Eat the honey clusters quick, they get soggy fast! | ||

Fibre 1 = rabbit food. Go with life multigrain cereal or allbran guardian. I love allbran guardian as a snack! Oh and it has just as much fibre as fibre 1! |

I mix Fibre 1 (30 grams) with Vector (55 grams), makes for 2 servings (one for each of my coffee breaks). |

| I mix 1/2 cup of regular Fiber One with 1/2 cup regular Kashi GoLean. I can't eat Fiber One by itself-I agree with whoever said it's like rabbit food! But the Kashi masks the taste, or at least I think so. When I first started eating it, I had to add berries to it to make it edible, but now I can eat it plain. | ||

Yes! Barbara's Shredded Spoonfuls, Barbara's Puffins, and Kashi are all really great, healthy, low calorie, YUMMY choices.

Puffins are yum but I can demolish a box in no-time so they are dangerous for me. I also love Kashi Heart-to-heart, love the sort of crunchy soft texture. Sweet enough too. Go-Lean is tolerable but lacks taste, good in yogurt, same with Fiber One, great to mix with yogurt. |

I am a fan of mixing cereals. I really like Kashi's new Honey Sunshine cereal, but don't want to add too much sugar so I take 1/2 cup of that and use 1 cup of Kashi Whole Grain Puffs (70 cal per 1 cup). I use the Whole grains puffs as a filler for most of my cereals to make the bowl bigger. |
