Boy do I regret this meal!
So I decided I would treat myself to a burger/fries as I have been very good and had a surplus of calories. We went to fatburger (which I have never been to) and so I decided I would split the difference and have the turkey burger...much to my suprise when I got home to check....it had more cals than the beef burger....wtf? The same size burger and everything....this makes me question all I know about what is good for me, because I always thought turkey was better!
And the sucky part is, I could have made a much better, healthier burger at home!

ugh. I hate those bad surprises when you think you are being good and it turns out you messed up your diet. The turkey mean probably had more fillers than meat; thus making it worse for you than a beef burger. I won't tell you what they put in ground turkey.
but; live and learn- you'll never make that mistake again; which is good. Sometimes it feels good to mess up; and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't feel good; it's a reminder of how GOOD it feels to eat right and be active!
Try not to stress out so much. Although your poor stomach may be feeling the affect later :(

I know that feeling too. I ordered the 'healthy choice' on the menu for lunch today and it was definitely NOT a healthy choice in the end.
But good for you for treating yourself, you deserve it right :)
Its frustrating (even though it shouldnt be! because we are supposed to have enjoyed this meal and not feel this way about it).... but we don't do it everyday, so I guess we'll both try and get over it.

I would be petrified to eat at a place called fatburger.
