Well after losing 50+ lbs since december I'm kind of stuck!!! I have about 10lbs to lose in order to reach my goal of 120. The problem is that I'm finding it hard to lose the weight. I know that the last few pounds are going to be the hardest and longest but I'm getting kind of sad whenever I see 130... again lol. I'm a google junky so I have tried to see how much I'm suppose to be eating but I get different responses lol. I used to eat about 1200 cals and was losing weight with no problem, not to fast but not to slow. But now I'm kind of stuck. I should mention that for the past 4 days I've been eating about 1300-1600 cals lol (evil ice cream!!!).
I should also mention that I'm 5'1, 22 years old, and I don't really exercise much but I do move a lot. I try to move as much as I can throughout the day!
Anyone has any suggestions for me about how many cals I should be eating now? Anyone my height and around my current weight (130) how many cals a day do you eat? and how much do you exercise?
I just need a bit of support since I'm having a hard time staying motivated these days!!! I'm jobless and broke and have yet to see Batman, so I havent been in my happiest mood!!! lol

I'm in the last 14 lb to lose my CW is 134 and my goal it's 120 and I know it's hard to lose the last pounds (24 years 5'2). But this week I lose 1lb and I'm in a 1200 calories diet but since 2 weeks ago I'm zig-zaggin I think that it's help me and I make workouts 2 times a day (in the morning and evening 90 min each) 6 days and take a day off (sunday) that day I eat 1350 calories to shock my metabolism.
I hope you can lose that last pounds!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Just try to add some exercise at least 30 min and TAKE IT EASY!!! I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!
Thank you sooo much Alexa for your reply!!! I know that I need to add exercise to my routine but it's soooo hard for me to do. I mean, it's not like I have physical problems exercising but I just find it so boring lol. After 10 mins I lose interest and I just quit!
It's pretty cool that we have the same weight goal and we can certainly do it!!! I also need to be more patient and realize that Im not going to weigh less EVERY time I weigh myself!

just add some walking.....you'd be surprised how little will help! I just started biking around the neighbourhood and I love it!

spoiled_candy , the last ten pound are indeed the hardest!!! lol Mainly because I just want to get it over with!!! I will definitely go back to doing my 3 ten mins work outs. I may start tomorrow lol
haley_2008, thanks a lot!!! It has really been a big challenge for be but I am very proud of what I've done so far!!! By the way, I have been riding my stepdad's bike for the past few days and it has been very fun!!! But I do have to admit that my BUTT hurts lol... I guess I'm going to have to get my own bike with a softer seat lol

OMG I just bought a new bike seat (Lady Scwinn) and I swear I could ride ALL DAY!!! It's a saddle style and it was less than $35.00.
i go riding 2X a day averaging 500 calories burned all together!

I need to try this myself, but I've read a lot about how weight training/lifting can go a long way. I wanted to sign up for a trainer, but it's not in the budget at $80-150 per session in our area. However, the local fitness store told me they'd give me some pointers from their trainers if I bought a set of weights from them... maybe that's an option.

He's selling stuff that I've never bought, but there are some tips that might work for you.
