HI,
Almost every morning I make a smoothie with soy milk,half a banana,1-2 strawberries and one spoon mango pulp and 1/2 a scoop of whey protein powder.
Is banan bad with milk for weight loss..Lots of people believe that banana with milk helps in weight gain.I am so confused.

Calorie dense food can serve both purposes. (Soy)Milk, banana (and other fruits) and protein powder all have good nutrients for you. I have one or two smoothies a day. As long as you're counting those calories, it should help you get your nutrition and support your exercise.
thanks for replying..u know people back in india say that have banana and milk if u want to gain weight and hence it is their in my mind lol!!
