What is the healthiest thing on this menu?

I am terrible at figuring these things out.  I know a salad would be healthy (which one is best?)  But also, what about the entrees?

thanks!

By healthiest, I mean lowest in calories.

interesting menu!  hard to guess too because I'm not sure on the butter/oil usage.  If I had to guess I would say the Turkish Chopped Salad for the salads.  The entrees is harder, but I would almost guess the vegan beef if it's not cooked in oil.  My other guess would be Vegetable Cakes, again, depending on oil.  Definitely ask though how they are cooked!

Really odd that they provide all this info on which foods are vegan, gluten free, soy free, peanut free, etc yet they don't provide their nutrional info.

My guess would be the Grilled Herbed Polenta with Roasted Portabella

i would probably get:

Strawberry Asparagus Salad
Bulgogi (Korean BBQ) Vegan Beef

they seem to probably be the lowest cal stuff.

and i would get:

Just a scoop of Ice Cream (Dairy, Soy or Rice)

though that's really extra.

p.s. this restaurant seems awesome. 10% off for walking or biking there!!! that's great. i wish we had one here.
