Question about Body Fat %...what do I do now?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker, first time poster here.

I'm 20, male. 6'0, and about 150 pounds. I've been working out all summer, with three goals: a) Lose body fat % b) Get stronger through weight lifting (not nessecarily to gain bulk or muscle), and c) Get in better running shape to run in some 5Ks in upcoming months.  I lift weights three times a week (for an hour each time), I run around 3 miles 5 times a week, and I've been eating very well.  I also work at a physically demanding job (unloading trucks at FedEx) at night.

Anyways, here's my dilemma.  My body fat % (I measure it with a Weight Watchers body fat scale that I have at home) is around 14.5%.  I'd like to get to 8-10% if possible.  The problem is, I don't want to lose too much more weight (i.e. don't want my weight dropping into the low 140s or anything like that).  So what do I need to do to get my body fat % down?  And how long approximentely would it take? Thanks.

Hello. :) Well...I could give you an answer, but I'd rather ask a question. lol Why would you want to do that? That's a healthy body fat % for a guy. Not only that, I'm suprised that 150 is still healthy for a guy whose 6'0. My honest opinion? Don't bother! lol. (not to sound mean or anything, actually I mean to be helpful! ) Please don't be too thin.  You sound healthy already. :)

Basically, the only way to do it is increase protien and lift more. That will in turn give you more muscle to burn fat storage. But honestly, if you start to lose weight I would stop.

Helpful? (I tried lol)
