Low carb breakfast ideas?

I am looking for some low carb breakfast ideas for on the go.   Don't really have time to cook in the morning but would like to stay low carb.  Any suggestions?

Normally I would have oatmeal or cereal.  But I am going to try to limit my carb intake.  I can't seem to find a yogurt that I like.    I love pudding but again that's carbs.   I like a lot of the low carb fruits: strawberries, watermelon, apples.    And I don't like peanut butter.

I love hard boiled eggs when I don't have time in the morning.  One of those sliced on a piece of toast with some melted cheese is good (or you don't have to have toast if you want to go even lower with carbs..but I don't know why you would since you need carbs though).

Or another favorite, if you like eggs, is some scrambled eggs with tuna and cheese melted in..it tastes like a tuna melt and it's really good!

I dont generally like yogurt either, but Ive tried vanilla non fat yogurt and put a lot of cinnamon in it, and it actually tastes pretty good. Sort of like a cinnamon roll.

I eat a large amount of bread and sugar.   This has a lot to do with my recent weight gain and feeling sluggish.

Oh and anything mixed with cottage cheese is an option too...I love cottage cheese =)

I used to make egg sandwiches for breakfast with fried eggs, bread, and tons of mayo, and I've found that cottage cheese makes a nice replacement for the mayo

I didn't think of that.   Does it take away from the bitter taste of yogurt?   Any other suggestions other than cinnamon?

a bit, I just try to focus on the cinnamon, the tang of the yogurt is still there though but if you just imagine its like cream cheese frosting on a cinnamon roll, its quite lovely.

0% fage, stevia, i cup berries.

Breakfast burrito is pretty good.  You can find La Tortilla tortillas which are like 3 net carbs for a tortilla.  Then you could make scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and a bit of cheese to go on the inside.

WHAT IS FAGE?

6g of carbs and easy to toss in your purse with a piece of fruit!!  http://store.vitalicious.com/lowcafr.html

OMELETS OR ANY FORM OF EGGS FOR THAT MATTER! if you're in a rush then boiled eggs are great and u can boil them the night before and leave em in the fridge. if u have a lil time, u can make urself a quick omelet if u make the prepartions the night before and then put it straight to the stove. egs are amazing except their high on the cholesterol. but i'd still choose it over anything.

Egg white omelet with mushrooms and wilted spinach!

3 egg whites only have 41 kcal, NO cholesterol...  1/2 cup of mushrooms have 8 kcals and only a gram of carbs ... a couple of spinach leaves add about 5 - 7 calories and also only a gram of carbs. Watch the salt and cooking spray (or oil or butter if you use it)

fruit yogurt is like a party in my mouth!
