yep I can relate. I sometimes buy the tubs of light Cool Whip of even Cool Whip Free, I pop the tub in the freezer and when I get an ice cream craving I scoop some frozen cool whip out into a cup and maybe put some chocolate syrup on it or sugarfree strawberry preserves and yummmmm low cal dessert ~
yeah. When I use cool whip I spoon some onto whatever I am eating and then another generous spoonful goes straight into my mouth. I love the stuff and the ingredients have yet to persuade me otherwise. I just dont' eat  it all the time

I am partial to the Cool Whip Lite over whip cream...

I used to sit down with the tub and eat spoonfuls of it. Now I just have one spoonful and then put it back in the fridge. But it is sooooo good on its own!!! In fact I had a spoonful or two last night.

If you can stop after just a taste then I wouldn't stop the habit - that is a sweet deal! And yummy! But self control is everything - Keep it out of the house if you find you can't fit it into your daily calories and you find yourself not being able to stop eating it....

Hehe... I LOVE cool whip free. 30 calories for 4 tablespoons IS a sweet deal!!! :) However, I don't think the nutritional info is quite right...

1) It says it's fat free, but the ingredients list hydrogenated oils(or whatever they're called.)  There is probably barely any fat per serving, but if you have more than one serving, i think there might be a good amount of fat...

2) I think a "tablespoon" is very small. I usually take good sized spoonfulls and count them as tablespoons...but i dont think that's right. There should be a total of 68 tablespoons per tub of coolwhip free...I only get about 40-50 spoonfulls out of it i think....   So you might want to watch your tablespoons.     BTW, what exactly IS a tablespoon? I have trouble with peanut butter too. Do you fill the spoons up evenly across the top part, or do you take a "heaping" spoonful???

Also, try coolowhip on bread or biscuits! I know, weird right? But it is so DELISH!!! I also love it on grahm crackers. :)

Typically, the serving sizes are accompanied by the weight in grams. CC pegs 2 tbsp of Cool Whip Free as 9 grams. This is the measure you want to look at. Get a kitchen scale, tare the empty spoon, and give your serving a weigh. No more guesswork.
