What shall I bring on a 6 hour flight? They're only serving snacks. (I guess junk food, full of sodium). Any suggestions for a good brunch on board? |

If you are bringing food from home, I would suggest whatever you normally snack on. Preferably nothing with too strong of a smell. :) If not, I usually grab a veggie sub to take on the plane - it seems like there are sandwich shops in nearly every airport terminal. |

I have been on long trips as well, 13 hrs!, and i would definitly recommend some granola bars (nut free), i would not bring nuts because of allergies, some fruit and veges, a nice healthy sandwich(vege, turkey, chicken). Hope this helps! And have fun on your trip:) |
