Please help me get through this . . . I have horrible cravings and I'm so tired. I've been continuing my workouts, but not eating as great as I was. The salt and chocolate cravings are killing me!
I've just started and was doing so well - anyone have any advice?

Everything in moderation..if you want a piece of chocolate or a handful of chips go ahead and have it..just don't have a whole bag.
What I have realized, if you ignore the craving it will just get worse and you will end up eating twice the amount you wanted to.
Indulge the craving, just like burnyh said. Have a piece of chocolate or a few chips, just fit it into your daily calorie allowance.
I had that kind of a week last week...I was feeling horrible and wanting to eat everything in sight. I allowed myself a maintaince week and I found that by the end of the week my cravings calmed down and I brought my calories back down to weight loss intake. It is really hard TTOTM so if you find it really hard allow yourself a maintance day or two or even close to a week like I did..I really felt much better and to boot I jump started my weight loss again since I was at a hault :0) ..good luck!
