Eat before or after exercise?
What a coincidence that I asked this same exact question in Fitness this morning!
The majority of responses I got were that it depends on your body. For example, my stomach is easily upset and i get nauseous if I eat before I work out, so I eat afterwards.
Some people need something in their stomachs to work out properly
The most common thing is to eat something small and easily digestible about an hour before you plan to work out and then after your work out eat another small snack but make sure it has protein
