Can't find nutrition info on something I ate... need help to log properly! thejester1977

OK folks, I need a little help here.  I purchased from Wal-Mart a apple/cheese cube tray deal this weekend (also comes with caramel for dipping the apples, but I threw that away).  Today, I ate some of the apples (16 wedges, which I think is about 2 small apples) and some of the cheese (8 cubes of cheddar, 8 cubes of pepper jack).  The problem is, I can't figure out how to record the calories for the cheese cubes.  There is no nutrition information on the tray labelling, so I tried to look up cubes in CC.  There were some, but the calorie counts were all different.  Anyone have any advice on what I should do to log my cheese snackage today?  Thank in advance!!!

You should search for regular cheddar cheese cubes and just log in the calories that CC gives you, with no specific name brands. Apples also have around 60 calories for the very small ones.

Thanks a bunch, Mimi.  This is kind of what I was thinking too...  best alternative where no specific info exists.  Thanks again for the response!
