Why do I feel this way

I ate a healthy breakfast

2 HB eggs (no salt)

3 prunes

1cup strawberries with balsamic vinegar

8oz skim milk

 

and now I feel bloated and fat and all I can think of it OMG ive eaten 460 calories already and its not even 10 oclock.

I dont want to feel this way and I know its not healthy (I have an ED) and I know if I feel this way im likely to not eat for the rest of the day

I can't think why you'd feel bloated except that hard boiled eggs can be a little 'gassy' ...  what you've eaten wasn't bulky in the slightest.  Try drinking plenty of fluids like tea, water or some warmed orange juice.  Then take a little light exercise such as a walk around the block in the fresh air.

Finally.... find other things to think about and something absorbing to do.   If you've got nothing to do and you're bored you'll dwell on 'calories' far more than they deserve.  If you're busy and occupied it won't bother you anything like as much.   I've just finished reading Philip Pullman's 'Dark Materials' Trilogy.... would recommend it!  Keep smiling.

Im pretty sure the bloated feeling is psychological.

Unfortunatley I work in an office and we're very understaffed right now, so I cant read or take a walk around the block or anything.

 

I know all this is in my mind and unhealthy, and Im trying to get better but today is just a bad day

If anyone in your understaffed office takes time out to have a cigarette then you can justify taking 10 minutes to walk around the block, help your digestion and clear your head.  :-)  If you really want to do something, you can do anything.  If you only see the obstacles, you'll do nothing.

It doesn't sound like 460 calories.  More like 300

I also think it's all psychological, so think of the positive sides! Think of all the nutrients you're putting into your body because you love yourself.  The milk gives you calcium for strong bones, the prunes have vitamins, the strawberries give you antioxidant to fight off a cold, and the eggs give you protein to bring cells.  See? When you break it down, you're doing your health a big favor. :)
