I suffer from EDNOS so Im using this website as an attempt to control myself and lose weight the healthy way.

I was just seeing if there was a buddy who's in a similar situation where you have an ED but want to try and lose weight the healthy way instead.

Im really hoping this site helps me.

Any support or advice, even from people not suffering from an ED would be greatly appreciated.

HI THERE!!!

I just want to let you know that I am learning all about portion control and realizing that I have a tendency to eat.. eat even when I am not hungry or just because it tastes sooo good. Not only do I just eat but I survived for a long time of purely fast food and Dr. Peppers. This site has changed my way of thinking and learning how to lose weight the healthy way. I haven't had fast food in a week now (i've just started [again]) and I haven't had a Dr. Pepper either, which if you knew me that would me amazing. This site is literally a life saver and if you stay with it, I promise you will see results and find the transition to a healthy lifestyle easier than you might think. The Forums are amazing for motivation and advice, I am addicted to them. Good luck with everything and I know you can do it.

P.S. I am 22 currently 219 started at 230 when I first started CC. I still have about 79 lbs to go!

We Can Do IT!!!

You can do it!

There are lots of helpful ED posts in the Health and Support forum.  You're welcome to post wherever you want, I'm just saying you might find a lot of people going through the same thing there.

Hi there, I'm in the exact same boat as you, diagnosed ED-NOS with a weight that's yo-yo'd between 105 and 123 what with anorexic/bulimic tendencies and diet pills and all. I'm trying to get ahold of myself and get my metabolism back in order and figure all this business out but it's proving difficult -- support from someone who understands would be great!

hey, I'm right there with you.  I was FINALLY diagnosed as ED-NOS just a few months ago-- i was never underweight "enough" to get the anorexic diagnosis, but that's where I was.  I'm 5'4" (20 years old) and currently anywhere from 108-111.  Craaaaazy mental stuff, huh?  I feel like I'm physically pretty recovered, and now it's just the mental part.  :)  good luck!
