I don't understand...

I've lost almost 40lbs. I'm down to 137 from 175lbs. I'm barely 5'6" (probably more like 5'5" 1/2). I have a 28 inch waist now. I'm male.

But for SOME REASON it still looks like I have a ton of belly pudge and arm pudge and stuff. Like my arms jiggle on top. :|

I'm apparently right smack dab in the middle of a healthy weight range. I don't understand this. I don't think it' sa toning thing because that'll just build muscle underneath the fat that I already see. I know I have a very, very, very small frame for a guy and I'm pretty short for a guy, too. My goal weight is 130lbs, so I'm only 7lbs from that, but I don't see how losing 7lbs is going to get rid of what I see here. :|

Advice? Ideas? Eek.

I definitely think that working with weights and toning will help you get rid of that pudge.  It'll turn some of that fat into muscle.

You have to exercise to convert that jiggly stuff to muscle.
