It's not really a DVD but I enjoy Yourself Fitness. It is a PC or Xbox "game" that creates workouts based on your individual needs and goals. The workouts do many of the same moves while introducing new ones. Every workout is different but like I said she (your persoanl trainer) uses many of the same basic moves like side step, kicks, ect. to get you warmed up. It you are looking for something new I would check it out. I have the x-box version but I also have an xbox. I don't know much about the PC version but it is probably the same just on your computer.

it also has yoga moves

Billy Blanks - Circuit Training Tae Bo. I'm always sweating bullets when I finish.

Try Power 90 3-4 Sculpt intermediate level or if you are advanced level try Power 90 Master's series Sculpt 5-6, or UML (Upper Middle Lower).... and if you are REALLY advanced you can move on to P90X.... that stuff is CRAZY!
