Ive lost 7.7 lbs since June first.  This weekend in fact, tomorrow afternoon we are leaving for our Anniversary weekend.  My mom is coming to stay with the kids and Hubby and I are going to go elsewhere.

We have been married 17 years as of Sunday.  So saturday, we are going to go to the river market, the war museum in MacAurthor Park and the art museum.   Saturday night we are either going to go see the new batman movie or Hellboy II we haven't decided yet.   Then Sunday we are going to go to Murry Dinner theater for a buffet lunch and to see the play  Guys and Dolls.

Ive decided that from the moment I leave the house on saturday until we get home on sunday, I am not going to worry about how many calories I eat, or what may or may not be in my food.   Im going to enjoy myself.  If I gain back the entire 7 lbs so be it.  I lost it once, I can do it again.

But, the truth is, I have never been ruled by food and Im not going to let myself be ruled by it while Im on my anniversary.   17 years in this day and age is unheard of.  I deserve to celebrate.  As my father use to say,  Eat drink and be merry because there is always tomorrow to diet.  :)

No worries though, Ill be right back here come Monday  morning working my butt off to meat my goal.

You will be fine. I would just recomend staying away from the scale for the first part of next week. You will be eating diffrent foods and likely drinking less water. You will probably be heavier if you weigh yourself but it is likely to be water weight. Its like impossible to gain more than a few pounds and that would be eating like 5000 cal a day.

By the way, Have a great time, and congrats on 17 years.

17 years That is great!

speaking from a product of a broken home (multiple times), cheers to 17 years! and drink and eat your hearts desire!

I would recommend that you eat an apple and drink a glass of water before you go, but other than that.  Have a great time.
