Hi. I was wondering if anyone can suggest some no/ lo-carb options for a quick breakfast. If anyone has any ideas, that would be sweet.

Thanks.

you can make scrambled eggs in the microwave

almonds or other nuts

I usually have a piece of bread of some sort - whole wheat obviously. I change it up between a variety of things...bagels, pita english muffins, etc. Right now I am trying out that protein bread by pepperidge farm...it's pretty good. Then I usually have a yogurt a little later on. But I guess those aren't really low carb options...

hard boil some eggs the night before and keep them in an air tight container and for at least 2-3 days you will have a low carb breakfast (you can decide for yourself whether or not to eat the yolks)

There is also Friendship cottage cheese with tomato and cucumber slices

Greek Yogurts (high in protein)

As a treat I have smoked salmon with tomato and onion slices once a week with some FF cream cheese, lemon and dill and just skip the bagel part.  (The smoked salmon is so high in sodium that I really try to only have this 1-2x a month)
