Last night I had a horrible dream where I TOTALLY binged. I dreamed I ate a whole chocolate cake and Tuna casserole and just a bunch of high calorie foods in a short period of time, and when I woke up this morning, I felt disgustingly full evenwhen I was n the deficit of calories yesterday. I've been awake for a while now, but I still don't really want to eat. There's no food missing from the fridge or cupboards, so sleep eating isn't it.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue before of dreaming that you've binged and feel sick in the morning?
Yea, I've done it. I also have had a couple of dreams where people were forcing me to eat huge amounts of food for whatever reason. I usually get them if I work out in the evening I think, but otherwise I don't know why. But you're not alone. I just make myself eat breakfast and move on.
Thanks, it's good to know I'm not crazy hahaha. But I usually get those dreams if I go to bed really, really hungry or if I exercise just a little too late.
i get these too. its usually nightmares of me practically inhaling foods like cookies, cookie dough, cake, anything sweet. usually on my cheat day i'll eat something sweet, yet low cal, and the nightmares will stop
Yup, this has happened to me many times and I get so scared cause it seems very real and then I wake up and I'm so relieved. You're not alone.
Oh man. My binging dreams are some of the most vivid dreams I ever have. I always am really surprised to wake up and find it wasn't real.
I usually eat like 20 brownies in mine. :D
I've had a dream like that once or twice before. Stinks, but then again it's only your mind tricking you. The association of "bad" with "binging" is so strong that you feel like you've really done it...hopefully the dreams will go away on their own.
this happened to me a few nights ago. when i woke up i felt so relieved it was ridiculous. haha.
