So I finally realized (after a whole year of dieting) that I'm not fat.
What I've been missing is muscle.
So my new goal is to looked ripped.
I'm not looking for any bull 'Do this 4 times a week and in a month' you'll have a ripped body.
No, I have real expectations (I know this could possibly take me a year) and I'm okay with that.
I need long term solutions, but I need to know where to start.
Help?
