My realization

Quote  |  Reply

So I finally realized (after a whole year of dieting) that I'm not fat.

What I've been missing is muscle.

So my new goal is to looked ripped.

I'm not looking for any bull 'Do this 4 times a week and in a month' you'll have a ripped body.

No, I have real expectations (I know this could possibly take me a year) and I'm okay with that.

I need long term solutions, but I need to know where to start.

Help?
