Today was a cheat day for me, and it fit perfectly and snugly into my diet without going my calorie limit! Hurrah, I had an original Berry Fulfilling at Jamba Juice and a footlong Subway Veggie Delite; my cravings are gone and I am back on track for tomorrow. Can't believe it fit so well though, came up with a 30%/48%/24% (Protien/Carbohydrates/Fat) with a good sugar score of around ~83 ;-).

Hah!  My last cheat was most of last week.  We were at a conference out of town and had to eat what they fed us.  After hours meant going to the bar with the vendors and get them to drink and talk about the company. 

So think pastry breakfasts, hotel catered lunches, and bar food for dinner washed down with bourbon and coke. 

Oddly, I still managed to loose a pound.  Thank god for walking tours :)

I had three slices of Domino's medium deep dish bacon pizza on my last cheat day.  I still stayed in my calories too xD

i have a "cheat" item everyday. today it was a cinnamon dolce frappuchino.

It wasn't a cheat day but I burned so many calories that I treated myself to two glasses of Sangria.  Last night it was half a slice of chocolate cake after eating breakfast at Denny's.   Tomorrow it will be sushi.  [/childishgiggle]

i always end up  cheating on the weekends. This past sunday i was at a catered party and cheated big time! A bunch of italian food- carb goodness- lasagna, sausage and peppers, meatballs.. and to top all that off- a nice piece of ice cream cake!

I *thought* I was going to cheat big time at the BBQ I threw my brother the other day, but I think I did quite well - a (large) piece of salmon, some bean salad, a couple of handfulls of chips, and 1/2 a small piece of cake (too sweet).  I really can't complain if that's the worst I've done... and as far as cheat days go, it really was.

I had half of a huge pepperoni pizza last weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed every greasy mouthful! Lord knows how many calories or grams of fat I consumed but I don't feel even slightly guilty. I know that that pizza will curb my cravings for at least the next two months and as a don't cheat on a daily basis I just let myself enjoy it.

i got myself a small cotton-candy blizzard from dairyqueen :)

it was more of one big cheat meal. i ate it 7 hours ago and my stomach still hurts terribly...but its worth it

Not so much a cheat day as it was an, "I'm starving, get me the hell out of this place and take me somewhere there is food" day, but I had half of a large Marco's deluxe pizza, a pint of Molson Ice, and an oreo/chocolate pudding/whipped cream dessert.

Yeah.  So much food.  So many calories.  So damned delicious.

A plate of amazing sugar cookies stolen from some catered event on campus

so many company events last week...

tuesday - 2 squares of cake

wednesday - 1 brownie

thurs - handful of chips, like 3 nutravalley fruit & nut bars

lol fail amazing

It ws today and due to my cousin's graduation party.

I had a chocolate covered strawberry.

half piece of chocolate mousse cake

small brownie

small chocolate chip cookie

1/2 cup coffee gelato

a few M&Ms

and some chips and salsa.

totally worth it.

Cheat Lunch Yesterday:

Fresh amazing bread with butter and / or olive tapenade and / or olive oil

Scallops in this buttery, creamy lemony sauce over leeks with some vegetable medley (I also had a carrot juice with this)

Chocolate eclair and skim cappucino

It was at least 1000 calories and worth every bite Smile

I have a cheat meal every Friday. Last week I had 2 big hunks of french bread with butter, a baked potato, an 8oz steak, and a ceasar salad for dinner. After I had coldstones 'birthday cake remix'. OMG it was delicious.

Next weekend I'm looking forward to some criss cut fries. mmmm.. i've been wanting some deep fried fries ;)

My whole weekend was a cheat, but yesterday I went to wedding...here's what the day looked like...

PB2 and banana toast, fiber one caramel cereal with skim, egg white scramble, almonds

turkey and provelone on WW deli sandiwch, tons of lay's crisps, mini luna bar

appetizers of cheese puffs, shrimp, chicken skewers

grilled chicken, pasta, flounder, asparagas, mashed potatoes, caesar salad, roll, pretels and wedding cake!

oh and about 10 vodka sodas :)

I had Cracker Barrel...which i only had the oatmeal with an apple bran muffin. So healthy, loaded with fiber, but it felt like a cheat.

I actually cheated at the Japanese restaurant. Fried rice, yum! and veggies soaked in soy sauce (trying to cut back on sodium so soy sauce that is 38% of my recommended value is a huge cheat)

then i had a large hot fudge and caramel brownie sundae at ted drewe's ice cream. that was my fav part :)

Are cheat days ok to do? How often can you fully let go calorie-wise with it not making a difference? I think I'm getting anal about what I eat.

My binge happened to be on the day that I wanted to cheat.

I ate two full plates of spaghetti, and loved every minute of it.  I really like tomato sauce.
