i am 5'6 almost 5'7. want to know what are some of your weight goals at this height. (women who are around the same height) i look very thin at 135. anyone else???
I'm 5'6 and I feel great at 128, I'm currently 135 myself.
but my goal is 120.
i've weighed that before. and it was really skinny. and i liked it.
I'm 5'6" and 130.
I think I might be done. I was planning to try and drop 5 more pounds to see if that would reduce my issues with post-pregnancy belly, but the scale hasn't moved much in the past month. Honestly, it's probably because I lost my motivation to workout daily.
I've decided, after reading some posts on strength training, to split my efforts between building some more muscle and continuing the cardio that got me to this point.
I'm always open to reevaluating though. I think it's kind of silly to set an arbitrary weight goal. I care more about how I look than what the scale says.
I'm 5'6" and maintaining at 135, if anything trying to work on increasing muscle.
I'm 5'6.5", and about 130. Idealy I'd like to get to 125, but I'm not putting too much pressure on that because I feel like I look fine now.

I love this posts about ppl like me. I'm also 5'6.5" and when I started CC I was 145 and even though my bmi said I was normal weight, I knew I wasn't. Since last summer, I lost 15 pounds and now I fluctuate between 130-132. I'm trying really hard now to go to 125 but my body doesn't seem to want to do that with me. No matter how much I exercise and eating below 1500/day I'm still around the same numbers.
I am 5"6' and was at 180 on January 1.
I'm currently at 152.
My goal was orginally 140, but I'm thinking 130 now.
I'm 5'6" with a medium build.
SW: 175 (April 15)
CW: 160
GW: 145 (sometime in Nov at this rate...)
I'm reconsidering my goal and might try to get down to 135 eventually, but since I've never tried losing weight before I wanted to set the standards to something I imagine I could actually attain first.
Hey there. I'm 5'6". I don't know exactly what my weight goal is. I've not been thin since I was 11, so I don't know what weight will look good on me. I'm currently aiming for 145-150. I may go as low as 125-130, though. :)
I'm 5'6" and on my down from a HW of 205. My CW is 193 and my goal weight is between 135-145 lbs.

how did you do it??????????????????? how long did it take?
took me about 5 months to get down from the 160lbs to where i am now.
mostly just stopped overeating and started exercising. nothing too difficult. and yeah it wasn't like a constant weight loss race either. mostly because i'm a student and overdrinking is often a problem! lol
but right now i'm in super-detox mode because all my friends and my boyfriend are out of town and i have nothing better to do so.. if not be sober and healthy now, then when? ;)

im 5'6, 150, 22, so im about 20-30 pounds overweight of whats healthy for my body frame...ughhh
I'm 5'6", almost 5'7" though (oh, what I would give for that extra quarter inch lol). I weigh 137 right now, looks decent on me since most of my weight is around my hips so I have a pretty small waist. My lowest was around 115, which looked pretty gross. I'm aiming for about 125, which seems to be a pretty average goal from all the posts I've read. :]
i'm also 5'7 and have a medium/large frame, i too look very slim at 135..on top i tend to look TOO thin (i have a very small chest, thus my chest bones start to stick out..i don't like that look) Right now I'm at 167lbs, and im working towards 140-145...but i'll be just as happy to get out of the 160's
I'm 44 - 5' 6" , started at 161 and am down to 145 - 147. My goal weight is 138. Most people are mentioning 125 - 130 and I'm guessing that they are several years younger than I. At my age I want a bit of fat in my face because it hides wrinkles!!!
