YES! Now that it's summer, I've been using my BBQ like a madwoman. I've done salmon, chicken, turkey burgers, veggie-kabobs, even asparagus on a stick.. It's so nice to just be able to sit outside in the sun and cook up something healthy. :B |

thanks alysha do you have any health recipes i found this Asian-Spiced Turkey Burgers recipe could you tell me what you think
2. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions. With your hands, shape each portion into a 3/4-in.-thick patty. If making ahead, lay patties side by side on a plate, cover airtight, and chill up to 24 hours. 3. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct, medium-high heat (you can hold your hand 1 to 2 in. above the cooking grate only 2 to 3 seconds; visit our Grilling Essential section for complete instructions). Place burgers on well-oiled cooking grate; cover gas grill. Cook, turning once with a wide spatula, until meat is opaque in center (cut to test), about 10 minutes total. During the last minute of cooking time, place buns with cut sides down next to burgers and cook until toasted. 4. Transfer buns to a platter, tuck burgers inside, and garnish to taste. |

almost every day, and sometimes twice a day. there's almost nothing i won't cook on the grill. this summer, i bought a bbq wok, which is fabulous. no more skewering veggies on bamboo sticks that catch fire no matter how long i soak them! i just toss veggies in a little oil and seasoning and stir fry right next to my protein. yum! |

Yes, but I'm lazy. I like to go the store, buy a bunch and then cook it all on the grill at the same time. That way dinner can just be popped in the microwave to warm up. Fish, chicken breasts, burgers, etc. And then you can turn the grill down low (or when the coals have died down some) and leave a roast (seasoned and wrapped in some foil) on the grill for a few hours to cook slowly. |

i bought a forman indoor outdoor grill (which i love!) and ive used it almost daily... its not exactly grilling over an open flame, but it "grills" better than the counter top model. Ive grilled sliced potatoes on it... all kinda of veggies, pork tenderloin (drool), various pieces of chicken, flatiron steaks, pork chops, kabobs..... salmon... almost anything, and veggies are really great cuz they dont fall through like a reg grill. You can also bake on it! Ive baked potatoes, which is great cuz it is freakin hot here! |

Yes, I grill at least daily. Vegetables, meat, fish, and Potatoes and bread for my husband. Don't do a lot of "recipies" I like my food pretty simple. Meat, fish, veggies a spray of cooking spray and a little Mrs. Dash garlic/herb. Love zuchini, asparagus, mushrooms, onions that way. Potatoes I wedge, lay out on aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray a little onion and sprinkle with Mrs Dash fold up the foil and grill turning every 10 minutes for about 40 minutes. |

I love cooking out on the grill , I love the smell and the taste. Also, like those turkey burgers.. I am needing a small grill. My apt. complex does not allow us to have the normal sized grills, oh, something about people burning down the complex . LOL |

Uncle Frannie's Roasted Corn Strip the husks back from a dozen ears of corn but don't remove them. Rub off all the silk and sprinkle the kernals with seasoning salt. Dip the husks into a bucket of water, shake off the excess and pull them back up over the cob. Place on the grill and turn frequently until the outer husks are charred. Allow to cool until you can comfortably pull the husks back. |

I don't know what I would do without my grill! My favorite thing to cook is a tuna steak. Rub it with a little olive oil, salt and peper, get the grill really hot, throw it on there for anywhere from 45 secs to a min (depending on the thickness), flip it over, another 45secs to a min, take it off and serve with a dijon vinagrette, mmmmm....... |
