I just had the spinach one last week, and it was pretty good.  Not phenomenal, but pretty good.  I prefer making my own pizzas on whole wheat English muffins.

I've had the original chicken with veggies...it was delicious, and also the thin crust cheese, basil, tomato or something like that...it was also great, but I did eat the entire thing in one sitting whoops...if you can handle an actual serving which I think is 1/3 of the pizza it's def a great way to add pizza back into your diet!

I've never had Kashi pizzas but Amy's Kitchen brand ones are pretty good!

If I want pizza, I usually make my own using a whole wheat pita, spicy tomato sauce, goat cheese (you can use more for fewer calories compared to mozzarella) & various veggies.

Haha, that's exactly why I don't buy frozen pizzas!  Who wants to eat 1/3 of those tiny things?!  I want the whole thing!! :)

Sigh...I miss pizza.  My ex-roommate made me a great one one time using low carb flat bread, pizza sauce, tomatoes (regular and sun-dried) and just the teeniest bit of cheese, sprinkled with hot pepper flakes and basil...it was so good!

Someone mentioned Amy's - that company makes a couple of single serving pizzas that are 440 calories . Really good, especially the broccoli pesto one!!!

Yeah, the Kashi ones are pretty good, for frozen.  They are strangely addictive, or they grew on me.  The first few bites, I was like, ehh.  But then, of course, I ended up eating the whole thing.  And did this with every one I bought after that (I had to try them all, right?  Wink).  I really can't buy ones like these where the serving is a third of the pizza, for 300+ calories, because I always end up eating it all.   I much rather make my own using a whole wheat pita, where I can eat the whole thing and it's very healthy and filling for 400 cals tops.  I also make them using Flatouts (less favorite), whole wheat English muffins or bagels, etc.  More filling, less calories, less sodium, and I control everything that goes into it.  I hear ya, though.  I'm a pizza addict.  I've just found ways to do it for fewer calories and so that I actually feel like I've had a filling meal.  I do reasonable portions of "the real thing," too, but far less often than I want to limit myself for pizza, so I do "knock-offs" in between to satisfy the craving.  Works very well.

The Mushroom and spinach thin crust is awesome and I eat the whole thing too jdbcmt!

What I try to do is cut it in half and immediatly put the other half away then eat the half of the pizza with lettuce, cucumbers, chopped brocolli and onions and make a pizza salad!

Anyone try the kashi pocket sandwichs yet? I had the Veg Medley one and it was awesome! 280 Calories, 7 fat, 6 fiber and 10 protein!

California pizza kitchen makes a thin crust in a few varieties for about 320 calories for 1/3.  I just bake it, cut in half, place have in the freezer (yes the freezer) that way by the time I finish my half the other half is already cold and don't want to fool with heating it, it limits me to 480 and I am good with that.  I do move it from freezer to fridge after about half an hour and have it for lunch the next day.

My wife and I split one on Sunday nights. Its our pizza and salad night. We like the mediterranean, and roasted garlic, and the one with veggies - I forget what they call it. Haven't found one I don't like yet. Not quite as good as our favorite Italian place, but a whole heck of a lot healthier!

I like them but rarely buy them. Processed food is something I am trying to stay away from and I end up eating the whole pizza.

I just saw Kashi pizzas at our local store. I hope they start carrying more of the other frozen stuff. I bought a pizza, i think the meditterean one, but i've been scared to cook it....self control....but i love the idea of putting half of it up and having a pizza salad!

cool beans!

I tried the Kashi Roasted Garlic Chicken this weekend!!!! Oh my- it was so scrumptious. I see how it could be very easy to eat the whole thing! Ate some for lunch on Sunday, had my husband try some, split it up and brought some for lunch today too. I would buy it again, but only when I absolutely must have pizza. Otherwise, too delicious to eat just a few pieces!

Next weekend: mini homemade pizzas on english muffins.

You should try Amy's single serve pizzas!

There's cheese, mushroom and olive, non-dairy rice crust, pesto, raosted vegetable, spinach, and margherita!
