So when you weigh your food to measure portions, do you do so before or after it is cooked?

I would weigh it before.  Because if you add any liquid it could make it heavier, if you don't add liquid it could evaporate and be lighter.  Also if you log "hamburger, raw" then obviously it would be before cooking. 

I've always seen people weighing before.  So that's what I do.  Hope that helps.
