potato dumplings and spinich , czech,
hi, ok potato dumpling i have no idea how many clories when i look up the recipe they say but per serving but what is a serving, its like gnocci, i ate a cup today they were cut up in cubes and 1 1,5 cups of cooked spinich, no idea how the spinich was cooked did not taste oily only salty, only it was the real cheap brozen kind i am sure. I am guessing like 350 for this meal....any ideas? basically i live in the czech republic and this is my fav meal so its important i figure it out. i usually dont eat that much spinnich but it was so good. and its only spinich right,

did you buy them from somewhere, or did you make them yourself?
if you bought thewm from somewhere you could possibly go back to where you bought them and ask them if they have any nutritional info or if they could tell you if they're cooked in any butter or oil or anything like that.
but if you made them yourself, just enter the recipe in the recipe analyzer and it should tell you how many calories they would be.
well its like classic staple over here, and i would not be eating them if i was not trying to gain weight but no they are just bolied alot like gnocci, no idea
