having trouble eating all my calories
i have already logged my food from breakfast through dinner, and im still under 900. im supposed to eat 1300. im on the south beach diet so its hard to pack more calories on with things like veggies.
beans maybe?
i dont know im terrible at this...any suggestions would be great appreciated :)

Try ...
TBS peanut butter on whole wheat bread (225-300 calories, depending on kind of PB & bread)
1/2 cup fat free refried beans on a whole wheat tortilla (230-350), depending on type of tortilla)
baby carrots with ranch dressing
Wasa crispbread with a wedge of Laughing Cow spreadable cheese (about 100 calories)
Anyone else?
i cant have any carbs or starches :(
