Breakfast(8am): 1 cup of skim milk, a small fruit-n-yogurt partait (without granola: this is the only thing i would ever get from mcdonalds!), and 2 pieces of 35 calorie toast with a little applesauce on them
Lunch(12:15-12:45): (leftovers from last nights dinner) Just about 3 oz of lean beef stirfried with a ton of portobello mushrooms, green peppers, and broccoli (cooked with a little black pepper and extra virgin olive oil)... 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese... and a nectarine if I am still hungry!
Snack (2:30): Plum and a 60 calorie quaker french toast rice cake
This all adds up to be 840 calories before I even eat dinner.. A lot more than I am used to! But I am going to hang out with my mom after work today and we are going for a long walk, so I figured I would need some extra calories!
BLEW IT!! Found a twix chocolate/peanut butter bar.. and ate both of them.. brings my calories to 1,050.. and this is all before 2 o'clock.. So mad at myself! Ohh well.
Breakfast... Branflakes and milk
Lunch... Homemade hummus in a wholemeal pitta with some sliced cucumber. A banana and a low fat yoghurt
Supper... Some Cuban-style Rice and Beans with plenty of fresh coriander and some buttered leeks.
Late snack... Apple and peanut butter dip
My day:
Breakfast: Bran flakes, toast with melted cheese and Splenda
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich on sourdough bread from Atlanta Bread Company
Dinner: My boyfriend and I are making sushi! We're planning on making scallops, salmon, and vegetable rolls. We tried a year or two ago and it was a miserable failure... hopefully we'll get it right this time!

Snack: Cream of Wheat & Yogurt
Lunch: Salad, a turkey and cheese wrap, and almonds
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Haddock, brown rice, and steamed broccoli and a Cocoa Via choc bar
Snack: probably oatmeal or cereal
Breakfast: Weight control oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: Yoplait smoothie and water
Dinner: Cobb salad made with left over grilled tri-tip, crumbled blue cheese, creamy avocado, heirloom tomatoes, and butter lettuce, fat free milk, piece of bread
I am stuffed even though I only got about 1000 today, I am sure I will make up for it tomorrow.

It's 10.40am here... so I've had breakfast so far...
Breakfast: - slice of grain sour dough bread lightly toasted. Half with apricot jam, half with orange and lime marmelade. pot of tea with skim milk
Lunch: wasa rye cracker, salad made with lettuce, carrots, fennel, corn and tomato. Goats cheese, apple, fresh mango and pineapple slices
Snack: piece of my sisters chocolate coconut slice and a pot of tea
Dinner: salmon package (salmon fillet seasoned with salt and pepper, lime juice and chili, tad olive oil, topped with leak- wrapped in foil and baked in the oven. brownrice with tomato, bell pepper, carrots, peas, onion and herbs mixed through.
Snack: dried fruit (pineapple, mango, apple slices)
