What do you do if someone you've eaten/going to eat isn't in the foods list? Because I was going to make conch for dinner, and I have NO CLUE how to list it, or how many calories are in it!! What to do, what to do?
I don't know how you will cook it, but I googled calories in conch
and that is what I found. Several sites that have different info. Hope this helps!

The very first link was the exact way I plan to cook it- battered and fried. It's a common dish where I'm from (Bahamas) but oh the calories and the fat!!! I changed my mind, I'm not cooking that anymore. I'll save that for one of my days that I don't want to count, but now I don't have a clue what to cook!

A type of shellfish (I think thats how it is classified). Seafood, basically.
Conch is a type of shellfish, we get it here in the Bahamas, and its really yummy! You can eat it cooked or raw. I bet you could find recipes if you Google it, and I think you can find it in certain parts of the U.S. (probably Florida).
I used to eat it ALOT and now that I realize how many calories are in it....WOW is all I can say! 264calories in one cup....![]()
