| would eating after swimming still be effective as eating before it | ||

| how many calories does swimming burn when doing breaststroke laps for an hour edit: also what if i eat 300 calories after ive just burned 300 calories from swimming would it be the same as eating before i go swimming because i know they wont be burned off??? |

it would be 453 cals/hour for me - to get yours specifically, click on your burn meter and type in swimming - breaststroke and it will tell you how much you burn with that activity in an hour. |

It doesn't matter if you eat before or after....calories are ****. Its kinda like this: if you eat before, you burn those calories, if you eat after you burn calories eaten before you swam (maybe at yesterday's supper), KWIM?
Generally you have to create a calorie deficit of 3500 to lose a pound (and this pound could be muscle and fat), but it varies from person to person. | what if i start tomorrow as a new day to couning calories? would i still be putting on weight that i know i would be from last week coz i know i went way more than 3500 past mantainence calories for that week. just hope it doesnt get in the way of loseing weight for next week | ||
