i cant seem to lose weight!!
my bmr says i burn about 1400 calories a day, so if i burn an extra 400 and eat 1000 calories a day will this be helpful in losing weight?

Calorie Count is all about healthy and sustainable weight loss. No matter what your stats are you should never eat less than 1200 calories if you are an adult female - if you are a teen female you should never eat less than 1500 calories. Holw old are you? How much do you weigh? I suspect you probably burn more than 1400 a day, if you calculate correctly including your activities?! Tell us more and we can help.
