step aerobic dvd?
So I bought a step from a garage sale for two bucks and rented two dvd's from the library. I have been doing step at three different gyms for three years now, so I consider myself to be pretty good, but whole crap. It was impossible. Here is a new step, do it once, okay, now let's layer on top of it. HOLY COW they are fast. So, does anyone know of slower dvd's? more like a class...not lets just keep layering on top of stuff? And I know this is a stretch, but does anyone know of a video where they face AWAY from you. It is really throwing me off the watch the mirror image.

Wow I don't know where you go but the step classes at my gym are insane too. They'll be using 3 benches in a semi-circle and then going really fast all over them.
My all-time favorite step video is Susan Powter's Lean, Strong and Healthy. It is way out of print but easy to find on amazon or ebay, only on VHS though. I challenge you to find an easier one, but it is effective and tried and true when you want something uncomplicated.

Too bad I no longer have a VHS player....
3 benches....man that would be sweet
Are you talking about the FIRM? That's how I feel when I try and do those videos.
