| how many calories did i eat for dinner?! | ||

hey peeps just wondering how many calories were in my dinner i could figure it out on my own prolly but dont feel like lookin it all up so if your lazy please empathize with me and embrace my laziness by givin me the info anyways this is what i know i had about 10oz of grilled halibut, about a cup of this rice pilaf wild rice stuff, grilled vegtables like 5 asperogos and some red peps also had three small small peices of sourdough bread and i think i bout covered it so please answer this by tonight cause im tryin to calculate my overall calorie intake for the day... be cool my babies |

| I think you should 'prolly' figure it out on your own, don't you? It's your body, your health and you need to take 100% responsibility if you're actually serious about making a difference. Use the CC 'search' box and enter 'halibut' to get you started. It's not difficult, really. | ||

Halibut - 375/400 calories Rice - 200 Vegetables - 50 (could be less, just assuming they were made with some sort of butter and oil) Bread - anyone's guess. i don't know what 3 "small pieces" of bread is. slices? rolls that you picked apart? hard to say. it was a lot though, and that's just my estimate. |

Oh, wait, yup. I thought that was the site I was on. Calorie Count. Not ask some random person/people on Calorie Count to do it for me because I seem to have attempted to pan sear the halibut in white wine but got a bit carried away and drank the bottle......

come on girls, cut her a break....she only joined last week...and is clearly only going to stay one more week because she doens't actually CARE about her own weight loss. |
