Hi, welcome to Calorie Count! I have no idea how much a model should weigh if they are 5'7" but I do know how much a growing young woman should weigh to stay healthy.

Here on Calorie Count we are into healthy and sustainable weight management and this means keeping your weight between 18.5-24 Body Mass Index.

The BMI standards have more flexibilty for teens and are a bit skewed for people with muscle  - ie: sometimes the BMI scale does not accurately reflect weight of strong men for example, or female atheletes) but it's a general guideline to go by. So, for a 5'7" person this would be anywhere between 118 at the low end to 153 lbs. If you fit within this guidelines then you are at a perfectly healthy weight!

If whatever weight you are at right now is within those guidelines but you are unhappy with your appearance sometimes a little increase in exercise or toning workouts can make a huge difference to your appearance. I would try that before losing any weight.

How old are you? Are you a model currently? If you are a teen talk to your parents about it, I am sure they can give you some healthy guidelines.

Anyways, good luck and let us know if we can help!

I am a model as well.

For models weight is not an issue its your measurements.
I currently weight anywhere between 130- 135 (depending on water weight, time of the month and everything like that ) but my measurements are where they are suppose to be.

Honestly, the best thing to do would be to go into an agency and talk to someone and what they look for. Runway models are anywhere between 5'9-6'0 and they usually prefer taller than 5'7.

So before you jump into it talk to an agency. Thats always your best bet.
