I'm trying to get a good playlist built for my Ipod to play while I'm doing cardio. Right now my favorite is "Impacto" by Daddy Yankee and Fergie. I wonder if you guys would be willing to share a song or two that helps get you pumped? |

heres what my cardio work out consists of. i do an hour on the eliptical which i am up to 7miles and 1000cals in an hr. since i lost so much weight already the cals are droping off so it might take me 65 mins instead of 60. &nb sp; &nb sp; 5 days a week. i have been doing this since january i have lost over 50lbs with just diet and exercise alone. not to mention mountain biking which i just started. at 44 i feel like i am 30 again. i do more with my kids now my wife loves the extra energy i have and i bought a harley... so there is no way i am going back to 3x tshirts and taking naps. there is to much life out there that i missed since my mid 30's. oh yeah and the calorie count plus really really is a god send. and this music...... what makes my music fun is when the explicit stuff comes on and i have some 80 yr old woman trying to talk to me while i am totaly in the zone and lil john is busting out some f bombs. I have a lot of songs, but the one that I've always used when I start to lag is "... To Be Loved" by Papa Roach. It's high-energy and motivational.
Good luck! |

just dance - lady gaga
misery business - paramore (i dont know why, but this song really works for me!) leave me alone (i'm lonely) - pink Headstrong - trapt ready to fall - rise against lollipop - lil wayne money honey - state of shock I dont know if you will necessarily like all of these songs haha. I'm a 17 year old female with a varied taste in music. Some of these songs are mainstream while a few are indy (I actually prefer rise against and paramore to work out to... the beat of the music gets me going faster on the treadmill) |

Throw in a couple of songs from:" Prodigy-Their law the singles 1990-2005." On the elliptical I really like to pound it out to 1) Firestarter or 2) Hot Ride. |

i use the entire "i get wet" album by andrew W K it's hilarious how similar the songs all sound but the novelty of his music makes it for a fun and energetic album. |

My playlist is basically Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Madonna, Rihanna, Cascada, all their fast pace songs. I may not like Britney Spears as an artist, but her people know how to make a good workout track! Gwen Stefani's "Now That You Got It" is a great song. I listen to this stuff while I'm walking/jogging and sometimes I just want to stop and start dancing! It's all a matter of preference though. If you play songs that YOU like, you're going to feel more energized + motivated! I even have some slower paced songs on there (Robin Thicke) that I listen to simply because they make me happy. God knows I need all the cheering up I can get mid workout lol. |
