so when i first joined this website i was recovering from anorexia. i recovered physically and i think i went a little too far. i weighed myself for the first time in a long time a couple weeks ago and it said 130!!! up from 83 in a year! and i'm only 5'2" .. so for the past couple weeks i've been eating a bunch of crap and i don't want to anymore. i REALLY want to get back down to 110-115. i think that's reasonable. but i don't want to do it the way i did before. i want to do it healthily. but i can't do it healthily on my own. i need support. could someone give me some ideas of a healthy way to do this??? and maybe a reasonable time that i could get it done by??
Are you still working with a therapist and/or medical practioner? They should be the ones to ask FIRST and then bring your follow up questions here.
no that's the thing.. i'm not. i'm finished with my therapist and my nutritionist. i think i might email her though. thanks for that advice. :]
