I apologize - I know I recently started a thread about Stevia, but now I have another question for those who use it...
I just got some, and since I'll be the only one using it, I'll need it to last me at least a year (I would probably be using one serving every couple of days since I don't usually sweeten my coffee anyway). Now I'm scared to open it because I read that flavoured Stevia goes bad after a short period of time (a layer of crap starts floating on top or something) even if you refrigerate it...
Can you tell me about your experiences please?
