yeah, this stuff is great! i work at a yogurt place and we serve it, so i eat it all the time!

I used to love it - but gave it up :0)  I had to be careful - 4 fl oz at my shop did not work out to 40g (yes, I actually weighed it at home).  But I miss the variety of flavors!!

Yeah a small looks like 1 cup!

But even a full cup is under 100 calories and it is soooo good. I use it as a treat whenever I am craving dessert.

yeah i don't see any reason to give it up, since it is so low-cal. just ask the server to weigh it for you, and log that # of calories (a lot of people do this, actually, so the server wouldn't mind at all)

best frozen yogurt!  had some for dessert tonight and went with half chocolate and half peanut butter!  tasted like a reeses pb cup!
