Looked it up on the net, it list nutritional value through the taco bell website. Been wanting to try one, but based on values, unsure if Good or bad for us? Tell me your opinion please :)

It's a dessert.
IMO, based on nutritional analysis provided, without an ingred. list, these items which are supposed to be fruit-based contain no fiber, no protein, gobs of carbs, and are almost 500 calories each. It also says that they are made with "natural fruit flavor." Looks like it's 500 calories' worth of sugar and not much else to me.
Edit: Read the wrong column for cals, they're about 250 each. Sorry 'bout that. But still.
Honestly, they look refreshing. However, I am always quite skeptical when it comes to anything from a fast food joint. You have to consider it is mass produced, probably loaded with sugar, and more calories than the tacos. I would stick to water, unless you're actually in Mexico of course.
