REALLY 300 cals for a serving of around 4? How do other people log them they don't seem to be on the site and I can't find the packaging. I used this site http://www.thedailyplate.com/nutrition-calori es/food/generic/roasted-potatoes for reference

it is a frozen thing or what?  Are there seasonings/oil?

Im confused :P

I just usually make my own with red potatoes, garlic olive oil (that SO made), and whatever herb or spice

I log it by making a recipe and adding it to my food log.  I weigh just about everything.

4 what?  4 slices?  4 whole potatoes?  4 cubes?  Mo' info please :)

For your own reference, if you're making homemade potatoes, cooking won't change the calorie content of the potato but it will change the weight of it due to moisture loss which is why you'll often see higher calories listed for cooked potatoes vs. raw potatoes per serving size. (not to mention whatever is added to the cooked product)

For example: 4oz of raw potato will likely not be 4oz after baking due to the loss of moisture, so to make it a 4 oz serving again you would need to add more cooked potatoes to your serving.
