I am looking for black lentils on this site i can't find it though. Does anyone know how many calories it has ? How do i log it?

Hey, moolah.  When I can't find something food wise on CC I always look on www.thedailyplate.com .  They seem to have a great database for food you can't find here but CC beats everything else hands down.

It's under dhal, which is Indian for lentils

However, it doesn't indicate if it's raw or cooked.  I got out my package of black split dhal (Urad Dhal) and it has no nutritional information. 

Most lentils are pretty much the same as far as calories go.
