Starbucks drink question

Quote  |  Reply

How many "pumps" are in the standard small, med and large flavored drinks? And is there a sane way to figure out a custom drink from their website? It's REALLY confusing because all the information is spread out and I'm also bad at remembering the lingo.

not sure about how many pumps, but they do have sugar free flavors. That's what I use.

They are 20 cals per pump. I use the sugar free pumps... 0 calories and tastes great!

my friend i work w/ use to be a barista, she advises:::

3 pumps for a tall

4 pumps for a grande

5 pumps for a venti

and

6 pumps for an iced venti

Hope that helps!! You can also ask for the sugar free pumps as taylorvt advised-that's ur BEST bet!! :)

It's usually different for the thick syrups like chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate.  It's 1, 1.5, and 2 for those.  I don't know how many calories are in those, though.

in the thick syrups it is still the same amout of pumps. calories do differ though in the white  mocha there is 60 calories a pump. (yes 60) and in the "standard" drizzle of caramel sauce there is i believe its 30 calories.
This website explains it all
