How many "pumps" are in the standard small, med and large flavored drinks? And is there a sane way to figure out a custom drink from their website? It's REALLY confusing because all the information is spread out and I'm also bad at remembering the lingo.
Reason: Moved from Weight Loss to Foods forum.
not sure about how many pumps, but they do have sugar free flavors. That's what I use.
I know. They're supposedly 20 calories per pump.
feanor, what drink are you talking about? my sister is a barista and I might be able to get some info on how many pumps/cup for you.
They are 20 cals per pump. I use the sugar free pumps... 0 calories and tastes great!
3 pumps for a tall
4 pumps for a grande
5 pumps for a venti
and
6 pumps for an iced venti
Hope that helps!! You can also ask for the sugar free pumps as taylorvt advised-that's ur BEST bet!! :)
It's usually different for the thick syrups like chocolate, caramel, and white chocolate. It's 1, 1.5, and 2 for those. I don't know how many calories are in those, though.
