Obviously, the best choice is not to drink at all, but I usually stick to wine and just try to moderate it. The iced coffee drink in the second article sounds good, though. Maybe just one?

also, you can make your own killer cocktail (seriously, its strong but you cant taste it...just tastes fruity) just mix:
- 1 part strong
- 2 part weak
- 3 part sour
- 4 part sweet

1 cup of vodka = 8 oz. Not only is that edging up on 800k for the vodka alone, but with one shot of liquor being 1.5 oz., drinking that would knock you out!
Also, calorie-wise, using three different mixers is quadrupling them. Sticking with simple or no-cal mixers is best for weight loss (if you HAVE to drink).
its just a drink guide...i dont see a shot and mixer a cocktail but this is and doesnt contain as many cals as most cocktails especially with diet lemonade :P
