Obviously, the best choice is not to drink at all, but I usually stick to wine and just try to moderate it. The iced coffee drink in the second article sounds good, though. Maybe just one?

P.S. I clearly don't know how to insert links.

Thanks!

Could you pm me on how to do that?

And then we can get back to the best and worst cocktails.

good links but i dont really consider the '6 best' actual cocktails...except maybe the mimosa

also, you can make your own killer cocktail (seriously, its strong but you cant taste it...just tastes fruity) just mix:

  • 1 part strong
  • 2 part weak
  • 3 part sour
  • 4 part sweet
for example, 1 cup of vodka, 2 cups of cider, 3 cups of fresh fruit juice, 4 cups of sprite!

awesome - i shall definitely be trying! *plus it kind of rhymes, which makes it extra fun :) *

That's for a group, right?

1 cup of vodka = 8 oz. Not only is that edging up on 800k for the vodka alone, but with one shot of liquor being 1.5 oz., drinking that would knock you out!

Also, calorie-wise, using three different mixers is quadrupling them. Sticking with simple or no-cal mixers is best for weight loss (if you HAVE to drink).

haha no that is def.for a group....8oz of vodka + 16oz of cider...id be in a coma lol!

its just a drink guide...i dont see a shot and mixer a cocktail but this is and doesnt contain as many cals as most cocktails especially with diet lemonade :P
