  • No Knead Irish Spice Soda Bread - The easiest I have found so far. NO NEED TO KNEAD :) The hand mixer takes it hard though so maybe try the "Kitchen Aid" Mixer (Example only, not intended as an advertisement). My husband and I like the crunchy exterior and we enjoyed the spice. I sifted six times,maybe excessive but I read somewhere that it was the proper way (normally I "cheat" and only sift 2x) Enjoy Try it for dessert with Vanilla ice cream,ice milk , or frozen yogurt (Sugar / Fat: free, reduced, etc.) I think for a treat the calorie expenditure was worth it...for me. Smaller slices-lasts longer-fewer calories at a time
